GenoML is tested on Linux and Mac with Python >3.5. Please note, GenoML is under active development; please check and use the latest version.

Using pip#

You can install GenoML using pip:

pip install genoml2

From GitHub source#

Alternatively, you can install GenoML directly from the GitHub repository (from source; master branch):

git clone https://github.com/GenoML/genoml2.git
